Raj is a co-founder of MAP Legal Recruitment and has been recruiting lawyers since 2004. She has extensive experience of working with lawyers at all levels. Since 2012 she has focused on working exclusively with law firm clients and has recruited for magic circle, international, US and boutique law firms in London. Prior to this Raj recruited lawyers into in-house roles, working exclusively with public sector clients. Raj builds strong partnerships with her candidates and clients and has developed a reputation for delivering results with an honest and personable approach.

Matthew is a co-founder of MAP Legal Recruitment and has worked in legal recruitment since 2005. His experience within the legal recruitment market is extensive and varied; Matthew has recruited for the leading City and West End firms in London for more than 12 years and prior to him relocating to London he was a highly successful recruiter for the regional UK legal market. Matthew is regarded as one of the go-to recruiters in the UK and is regularly consulted for strategic input from the leading firms in the UK in respect of growth and retention.
